Together, we help organisations accelerate the journey from innovation to patient access—anticipating challenges, reducing barriers and ensuring that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most.The role As an Account Executive, you will work across both our UK and International policy practices, supporting the delivery of high-quality public affairs and policy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across domestic and global health policy environments, working on issues ranging from NHS reform to global access to medicines.From day one, you will be actively involved in client work. You might be conducting global policy landscaping research, supporting engagement at the World Health Assembly, organising an event in the UK Parliament – no two days are the same.You will play a key role in supporting account teams, developing your technical skills, and building your understanding of policy and stakeholder landscapes across multiple geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesClient delivery & account supportSupport the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standardAssist in the preparation of client materials, including briefings, reports, presentations and stakeholder mapsContribute to the coordination of client meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and follow-up actionsResearch, insight & policy monitoringMonitor UK, European and global policy and political developments, identifying relevant updates for clientsConduct research and analysis on key health policy issues, distilling findings into clear, concise outputsSupport stakeholder mapping and analysis to inform client engagement strategiesProject coordination & eventsSupport the organisation and delivery of events, including roundtables, workshops, conferences and international meetingsAssist with project management tasks, including tracking timelines, coordinating inputs and maintaining project documentationBusiness development supportContribute to new business activity, including background research, insight development and proposal preparationSupport the development of credentials and marketing materialsTeam contribution & developmentActively contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, wellbeing and DEI activitiesBuild expertise in health policy and public affairs, developing an understanding of both UK and international systemsTake ownership of your development, seeking feedback and learning opportunitiesAbout YouYou will bring:A strong interest in UK and/or global health policy, politics and public affairsAcademic or internship experience in a relevant field (e.g. politics, international relations, public health or life sciences)Strong research, analytical and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consultancy environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamDevelopment & progressionWe are committed to supporting early-career professionals to develop into high-performing consultants.
