This is a rare opportunity to help shape the tools, pipelines, and practices that every engineer at Pion depends on to do their best work.You will build and maintain the internal tooling that powers our product engineering teams — from CI/CD pipelines and golden path templates to developer onboarding and AI tooling configuration. No two days look the same{{{{:}}}} you might be auditing repositories for AI config compliance in the morning and pairing with a product engineer to debug a flaky pipeline in the afternoon.This role sits at the intersection of engineering craft and developer empathy. You’ll be part of a small, high-trust team with real ownership and direct visibility from engineering leadership.
