We’re looking for a NHS Pathway Administrator to join our team and support the smooth, efficient delivery of NHS pathways.This is a varied and patient‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing information accurately, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team.As an NHS Pathway Administrator, you’ll support the day‑to‑day administrative delivery of NHS pathways, working closely with Pathway Management Leads, self-employed clinicians and external partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients are supported throughout their journey and that processes run efficiently and safely.Hybrid working is available, with location arrangements agreed based on role and team needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the delivery of NHS pathways through accurate and timely administrative supportWorking closely with patients, families, clinicians and external stakeholdersValidating and maintaining patient tracking lists, escalating concerns where neededEnsuring patient information is accurately recorded on internal systemsProviding clear, friendly and professional communication to patients and carersSupporting meetings and reviews, including organising information and taking notesMaintaining confidentiality and ensuring GDPR compliance at all timesRaising safeguarding or governance concerns appropriatelyRequirementsEssentialPrevious administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or patient‑facing settingExperience using databases or systems with a high level of accuracyStrong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholdersGood IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)An understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information Desirable Knowledge of mental health services or terminologyFamiliarity with NICE guidelines or NHS/service specificationsRelevant administration qualificationRemuneration And Benefits£28,000 – £29,000 annual salary25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.A day off for your birthday.Healthcare Cash PlanBenefits PlatformLife AssuranceDiscount VouchersFlexible working opportunities to suit your personal needsOpportunities to take part in charitable eventsAccess to a Wellbeing portal and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Equal Opportunities EmployerAt Clinical Partners we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
