Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales role based in Kirkby, where you will actively engage with existing and potential customers to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing tailored equipment recommendations, and contributing to the sales operation’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador for Cater-Bake UK, delivering excellent customer service and representing the company at industry events or meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster long-term professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to meet targets and identify new opportunities
• Experience in Sales Operations, including managing orders and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven mindset
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to track and manage sales pipelines
• A valid UK driver’s license is required
• Experience in the catering or foodservice equipment industry is an advantage but not mandatory
