No matter where you are or how you express yourself, it’s always the fastest way to share a moment!We’re looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join the Spectacles team!What you’ll do:Develop novel technologies for the next generation of Spectacles. Explore and advance state-of-the-art machine learning and computer vision algorithms. Develop and deploy machine learning models. Work together with our cross-functional engineering and research teams in computer vision, machine learning and graphics. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong foundations in computer vision, machine learning, multi-view geometryAbility to understand, debug and improve existing code as well as develop new algorithms using computer vision and machine learning techniques. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsAbility to run purposeful experiments and evaluate metrics objectivelyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors’ degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics or equivalent experienceRelevant industry, research, or applied experience in computer vision, machine learning, robotics, or perceptionExperience programming in C++ or PythonExperience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Msc in related field (Computer Vision, Machine Learning)1+ years of relevant industry or research experienceExperience in geometric computer vision such as SLAM, VIO, tracking, multi-view 3D reconstruction, depth estimation or camera/display calibrationExperience with eye tracking, gaze estimation, pupil or glint detectionExperience with generating and using synthetic datasets for ML trainingExperience in integrating Machine Learning models into Augmented Reality solutionsIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.”Default Together” Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
