You will provide expert advice to ensure customers find solutions that meet their needs, answer product and service questions, and process transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and plans
- Demonstrating device features and ensuring customers are confident using their new devices
- Processing sales transactions accurately and managing stock levels
- Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment
- Promoting ongoing offers, upgrades, and new products to maximize sales opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous but not essential.
