Primed to harness the power of sport.What You’ll DoProvide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team across a range of productionsNegotiating, booking and scheduling freelancers (eg. Editors, Voiceovers) as well as post-production facilitiesBooking travel, accommodation and crew for domestic/international shoots/outside broadcasts, and arranging all logistical requirements (including visas, carnets etc).Clearing archive/music (as directed by the PM)Support the team with new pitches, budgeting, contracting and general administrative dutiesEnsuring risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer and health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post-production workCreating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours (if required)Completing post-production deliverable paperworkRaising PO’s and work orders and reconciling credit card and float spendAssist in budget compilation when required, input committed costs into Cost Report, and assist with reconciliation in conjunction with the Finance AssistantTrouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production ManagerBeing point of contact for internal and external clientsWhat You’ll BringProven experience as a Production CoordinatorExperience in creating call sheets, booking freelancers and suppliers, and arranging travel logisticsUnderstanding the process and rationale of the cost tracking systemUnderstanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessmentsKnowledge and understanding of production workflowsExperience of clearing music and archive footageExperience in a fast-paced environmentLocation:These roles could be based at either of our London offices – Stockley Park, Uxbridge and/or Chiswick ParkTKO EEO StatementTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
