An opportunity has arisen at Eildon Medical Practice (eildonmedicalpractice.co.uk) for a professional and organised Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the practice.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment where attention to detail and compassion are highly valued. This is a very demanding role in a fast paced environment which requires excellent communication and organisational skills. The post holder must work accurately with patient data, maintain confidentiality, and use initiative to solve problems independently within the parameters of the job.
Previous administrative and customer service experience is required. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and practice management systems. Candidates must be able to multitask in a busy environment, show patience and empathy, stay calm under pressure, and be eager to learn and develop as part of a team.
20 hours over 4 days . Variable shift patterns. Flexibility to cover shifts to accommodate holiday and sickness leave is essential for the post. Car essential for crossing sites.
