Care Coordinator
Location: Heywood, OL10 1NG
Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on-call (DOE)
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About The Role
The role of Care Coordinator is pivotal in the day to day running of our busy, established Heywood office. Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and ongoing management of care packages, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients.
You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Heywood, but travel across the Northwest region will be an essential part of this role. Therefore, we are seeking applicants who hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle. Candidates must be comfortable driving long distances and in different conditions, including motorway use.
