Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing and growing banking operations in the Middle Eastern market, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth understanding of local banking regulations, compliance obligations, and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a demonstrated ability to lead financial organizations through periods of transformation and regulatory change.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including local regulatory bodies and international business partners.
