We are seeking a detail-oriented Python Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Asset Management team. The role involves building data-driven solutions, automating financial workflows, and supporting investment analysis through robust backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trading activity monitoring platform using Python
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Design, build, and optimize database database schemas and queries
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
- Automate repetitive data processes and workflows
- Document data processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of APIs and data ingestion techniques
- Previous Financial Services background is not required but an interest in it would be advantageous
