We are building a new function within Global Partnerships: Partner Engagement. This team exists to make Collinson consistent, credible, and easier to work with for every partner in our global network — including the strategic accounts that drive the greatest commercial value.
About the role
We are looking for a Partnership Executive to bring execution strength to a function rich in strategy and ambition. You will work directly with the Global Partner Engagement lead to deliver the operational backbone of our engagement programme — supporting the performance and retention of our strategic partner accounts and contributing to better commercial outcomes through more consistent, high-quality partner engagement.
In practice, that means maintaining toolkits, coordinating across regions, tracking progress, gathering data, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across a network spanning 1,900+ outlets in 145+ countries.
This is primarily an internal enablement role, though you will also support partner-facing activity — workshops, listening sessions, and programme presentations. You will not only keep the machine running: you will help identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in how we engage partners globally, and drive improvements across regions and accounts.
What you will gain
This role offers a genuinely rare combination for an early-career professional:
What you will do
The responsibilities below represent the full scope of the role. Your remit will grow progressively as you settle in and the function matures.
Programme coordination
Own and proactively manage the programme workstream tracker. Coordinate deliverables across regional leads in Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, and action logs. Surface misalignment, duplication, and blockers early — before they become problems.
Data, reporting, and insights
Gather and organise partner data to support QBR preparation, NPS analysis, and partnership health monitoring. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Excel. Translate regional feedback and data trends into structured, actionable insights for programme leads and senior leadership.
Strategic accounts support
Support development and tracking of Strategic Account Plans for Tier 1 partners. Track key commitments, risks, and actions across accounts. Coordinate inputs and materials for QBRs, ABRs, and executive-level partner engagement.
Content and toolkit management
Maintain the partner engagement knowledge base on SharePoint — templates, playbooks, and guides, kept current and version-controlled. Support development of engagement toolkits: onboarding playbooks, QBR templates, credibility kits, and communication guides. Draft internal communications and process documentation.
Operational governance
Own the operational rhythm of the programme — governance records, key decisions, risks, and escalations. Identify where processes are breaking down and drive improvements. Coordinate across Partner Operations, Marketing, Data, Propositions, and other internal teams. Support Salesforce data quality through regular auditing and CRM coordination.
