Volunteer Teacher – Tafseer & Aqaaid & Arabic (Online)
The Quran Group is hiring 3 volunteer teachers to deliver Tafseer and Aqaaid classes as part of our summer Islamic studies programme.
We are a UK-registered Community Interest Company offering free online Islamic education to over 500 students across 12+ countries. Our classes run live, every day, taught by qualified volunteer teachers.
This is a remote role. Classes are delivered live over Microsoft Teams to students worldwide. The programme runs from May to August 2026, with all teaching slots in UK evenings.
What you’ll teach
Tafseer of the last 10 Surahs of the Qur’an, and a foundational Aqaaid course. The full term is 17 weeks, with lesson plans and curriculum structure provided. We expect engaging, interactive delivery and consistent attendance across the term.
What we’re looking for
An Alim graduate, fluent in English, available on UK evenings throughout the summer. You should have classroom experience, the ability to make traditional texts accessible to a varied global audience, and a genuine commitment to teaching for the sake of Allah. Familiarity with Hanafi positions is a plus given our student base.
