About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Customer Support representative to join our team remotely, based in India. In this role, you will be the frontline point of contact for our customers, primarily handling inbound inquiries related to healthcare devices and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is mandatory.
• Experience supporting Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) devices is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively assist customers.
• Ability to work remotely with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot healthcare devices and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions related to healthcare services, devices, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding healthcare products, device usage, and maintenance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, following internal processes and protocols.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, empathetic, and effective support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest healthcare device features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and service challenges.
