CRM Executive – Premium Full Time

My client is seeking a CRM Executive to lead the development and execution of data-driven customer relationship strategies across email and SMS. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established British brand with a rich heritage, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey and driving long-term value through lifecycle marketing.

You’ll be responsible for planning, building and delivering CRM campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation, scheduling and QA, ensuring all activity aligns with the wider marketing calendar. Working closely with design, ecommerce and marketing teams, you’ll create engaging, on-brand communications while continuously optimising performance through data-led insights. You’ll manage and enhance automated flows such as welcome, post-purchase, abandonment and re-engagement journeys, as well as identify new opportunities to increase customer lifetime value. The role will also involve reporting on key CRM metrics, maintaining data integrity and supporting the rollout of initiatives such as loyalty or VIP programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within CRM, with strong hands-on experience using an ESP (Ometria preferred). You’ll be highly analytical with strong Excel skills, comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies. A strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and customer retention is key, alongside the ability to write engaging email and SMS copy. You’ll be collaborative, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with experience working in fast-paced ecommerce or retail environments
