Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients through face-to-face marketing and sales activities
- Engage with customers to promote products and services
- Build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Assist with the planning and delivery of in-person marketing campaigns
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to support campaign improvements
- Participate in team training and ongoing development sessions
About You
- Recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
