Role Description
The Manager – TNQ role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the quality and performance of team operations, driving KPIs, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance with client standards and company policies. The Manager will also engage in team management, mentoring, reporting, and performance analysis to foster employee growth and enhance process optimization. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to consistently enhance operational efficiency is an integral part of this role.

- Strong leadership, team management, and performance monitoring skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes, process improvement, and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a BPO or similar environment is required
