Role Description
The Manager – TNQ role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the quality and performance of team operations, driving KPIs, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance with client standards and company policies. The Manager will also engage in team management, mentoring, reporting, and performance analysis to foster employee growth and enhance process optimization.
