The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfill the role of the workplace experience receptionist. The purpose of this role is to provide support to one of our leading global clients. Your main responsibilities will be to support the daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for workplace experience and facilities-related matters (including access to Starling systems)
• Providing workplace coverage, including independent decision-making and issue resolution
• Liaising with Building Management, contractors and service providers to coordinate access, maintenance and operational support
• Oversight of office presentation, shared spaces and meeting rooms throughout the working day e.g booking rooms, coordinating visitor requirements etc
• Acting as an escalation point for workplace and facilities issues
• Supporting the onboarding, training and day-to-day coordination of additional onsite team members
• Coordinating ad-hoc operational requests and responding to issues

Comprehensive Training:

Full training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared and equipped to excel in this role.

Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00pm

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
