Picker / Packer (Warehouse Operative) – Attention to Detail Required
At www.tgsupplies.co.uk, we are a growing supplier of PVC and aluminium products in a range of colours, sizes, and thicknesses. Due to increased demand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Handling a variety of products including PVC and aluminium profiles
- Measuring and preparing items, including cutting materials to size – you will be using a mitre saw
- Working with different units of measurement (mm, cm, metres)
- Ensuring orders are packed correctly and securely
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy is essential
- Understanding of measurements (millimetres, centimetres, metres)
- Good level of numeracy and practical thinking
- Ability to follow instructions and learn product ranges
- Physically able to handle materials and perform manual tasks
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
