We’re looking for a talented Video Editor with a passion for creating high-performing video ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok within the DTC and e-commerce space (Jewellery, Apparel/Fashion, Fitness, Pet, Beauty, Cosmetics, Entertainment and Homeware).
This is a part-time and remote role for someone who thrives on producing engaging, social-first video content that drives results.
You’ll be collaborating closely with our Creative Strategist and Media Buying team to create dynamic ad creatives that help our clients grow.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
- Edit highly engaging video ads for Meta and TikTok based on creative briefs, client media libraries and current DTC trends.
- Create different video formats, including UGC-style ads, founder videos, product videos, testimonials, mashups and motion-based edits.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects and music to enhance performance.
- Organise project files efficiently and maintain clear file naming structures.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with team members.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Has a genuine passion for video editing and paid social advertising.
- Loves working with independent brands and takes pride in seeing their work directly impact performance.
- Keeps up-to-date with social media trends and understands what resonates on Meta and TikTok.
- Has exceptional editing skills with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, hooks, motion and composition.
- Is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (CapCut experience is a plus).
- Is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing direct-response ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of the social media and advertising landscape.
- Familiarity with DTC brands and creative testing frameworks.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting with new creative approaches in pursuit of better performance.

Remote Work Requirements
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls and large file transfers.
- Availability during UK office hours (with some flexibility).
- Fluency in English for communication with team members.
- Strong time management and self-discipline.
