We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President and Vice President-level professionals to lead and support key transformation initiatives within Cost of Income operations. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, analytics, and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost of Income (COI) team sits within the Accounts Payable function and process a large number of invoices every month related to the bank’s broking activity (e.g. Clearing Houses, exchanges etc.);
• You will conduct data analysis of current methodologies. Compare accruals against invoices and focus on building a more robust suite of MI
• Lead and support documentation of accrual and cost allocation methodologies
• Analyse current data to identify opportunities for more data-driven accounting
• Design and implement enhanced management reporting (Cost of Income)
• Establish a single invoice inventory with robust controls and reporting
• Develop operating procedures, controls, and supporting documentation
• Deliver insightful analytics by combining cost and cost-driver data

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge in the area of Accounts Payable, who understand the function, including invoice management & automation
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Expertise in data analysis and process automation
• Proven experience in requirements gathering & solution design
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Background in management information design and implementation
• Cost of income (COI) experience is highly desirable, but not essential
• Any BA / Change experience / Process Improvement would be beneficial
