Our Client Care Associates (CCAs) bring our mission to life through exceptional client and patient support, and front-of-house care. They welcome every pet and owner who enters our clinics, book appointments, handle queries, clinical histories and administrative tasks. CCAs collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally. Our CCAs are the friendly face of Hello Vet. Applicants should be experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals. Hello Vet is built upon a simple principle; We believe that if we create the best place for our team to work, we’ll also create the best place for pets to receive care. We know the best care is delivered by happy, well-supported teams who are able to build personal, collaborative relationships with their clients. That’s why we allow clients to message our team any time, and even support their pets during procedures. Our clinics are purpose-built to facilitate best-in-class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. What you’ll receive:
- £27,000 annually
- Equity within the business.

- Full-time position 40 hours /week (average) to include weekends
