About The Role
Knight Frank Finance offers more than just mortgage advice, we combine unrivalled market insight with decades of experience to deliver outstanding results for our clients. We’re now looking for a Turkish-speaking Mortgage Administrator to join our high-performing team within Knight Frank LLP, the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced advisers supporting high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across Prime Central London and international markets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely progression of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems promptly.
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers and the wider finance team.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
