Salary: Scale 5, Points 24-25, £25,357 – £26,161 per annum, pro rata
Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

The Training and Development Officer will support the human resources team in playing a key role in shaping learning and development across the organisation, ensuring employees are supported to grow, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.
You will embrace St Basils values and behaviours and have a loyal commitment to the ongoing development and provision of psychological informed support and services to young people who have experienced homelessness and care leavers, that promote equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
