We are seeking a motivated Trainee Print Finisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

• Assist with the finishing of printed materials, including trimming
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment under supervision
• Support fabrication tasks such as assembling printed products and components
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Maintain organisation of work areas within the warehouse or production floor
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of print finishing projects

Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Familiarity with sewing, fabrication, or assembly processes is a plus
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory handling and organisation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different tasks within the print finishing process

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
