Trainee Money Broker Full Time NEW

MSB are seeking highly motivated salespeople to join our Summer Traineeship (up to) 6-person cohort.

If you are looking to give yourself a head start in sales and finance, this is a huge opportunity to be a part of London’s fastest-growing B2B FX and Finance business.

You will be trained at our London HQ by the Senior leadership team and Associate Directors across a 4-week highly intense period on market fundamentals and sales techniques.  

No previous sales or industry experience is needed

This is a Voluntary Work Contract that will grant an entry into our internship programme starting in August.

Responsibilities:

Lead qualification: Engage in key conversations to create client hotlists.

Cold Calling: Engage potential clients via phone to introduce services, assess needs, and convert leads into prospects.

Business Development: Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones to grow revenue.

Market Updates: Stay informed about market trends and provide clients with relevant updates to help them make informed decisions.

Skills & Experience:

Phone Manner: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with clients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client queries and challenges effectively.

Intermediate literacy and mathematics as a minimum.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
