About Role

We are looking for a Duty Manager to oversee daily club operations, ensure exceptional member experience, and lead front-line teams in a premium fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth club functioning

• Handle opening/closing procedures and safety checks

• Act as first responder for emergencies and incidents

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service

• Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent customer experience

• Support peak-time operations and member flow

• Handle guest interactions and create memorable experiences

• Monitor and report service performance and improvements
