Our client, a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund, is looking to expand its London-based commodities operations function with a newly created hire.
Following a significant buildout of the European commodities investment desk, the firm is hiring a commodities trade support SME in London. The role will face-off to a high performing investment team, predominately covering power, gas & oil trading. Responsibilities include trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and a strong emphasis on process optimisation and risk mitigation as the firm continues to scale its commodities platform.
Candidates should ideally have 4-8yrs experience in middle office or trade support, with a commodities specialism, more specifically Futures / Power / Natural gas where possible.
The role offers a year one TC of up to £150k for a top performer. It is possible to WFH for 1-2 days per week.
