Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tour & Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will ideally be based in South Wales or the Bristol area but we will consider exceptional candidates based anywhere in the UK. You will undertake a wide range of functions that ensure the successful delivery of our holiday and day trip programme.

Primary Duties

• Plan, review and ensure successful delivery of agreed itineraries
• Load and then manage tour and day trip details within our internal operating system
• Liaise with designated suppliers to ensure clear and effective communication and delivery
• Share operational information internally as required
• Book and manage ground transportation services, tickets and entrances as required
• Liaise directly with customers as required and provide information to address any operational customer service issues
• Prepare reports and analysis as required to support improved operational delivery

Experience & Attributes

• Operational experience within a customer facing organisation, ideally for a tour operation, tour wholesaler or coach tour operation
• Self-starter comfortable working independently within a high-trust environment
• Clear desire to deliver service to a consistently high standard
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office 365

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
