We’re looking for a Ticketing Assistant, Promoter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key link between Ticketing Managers, Customer Service, Fulfilment teams, venues and promoters — helping to ensure every fan’s journey to an event is seamless and stress‑free.

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same — here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting reporting and general ticketing administration
• Managing the event off‑sale process, including confirming financials and sharing customer lists
• Handling daily ticketing tasks such as reseats, label buys, inventory movement and inbox/onsale monitoring
• Providing Client Services customer support, investigating and resolving ticketing issues
• Assisting with event set‑ups across the AXS platform
• Proofing E‑Tickets and physical fulfilment materials
• Communicating with venues and promoters to ensure smooth event delivery
• Maintaining accurate administrative records as part of the fulfilment process
• Supporting ticket fulfilment resolution and customer service queries
• Managing scanner hire administration
• Pitching in on ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider business when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Knowledge of event ticket sales, the ticketing industry or related technology
• Strong administration skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Clear and confident report writing skills
• A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders
• A solutions‑focused approach, with the confidence to troubleshoot and problem‑solve

Where: This role is based in our London Head Office near London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
