This is one of those roles where you’ll have real visibility, real responsibility, and real influence — working closely with customers, growers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep standards high and shelves stocked with quality products.What’s the role all about?You’ll be the technical link between customer expectations and operational delivery — making sure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement stay front and centre.One minute you’ll be analysing customer KPIs and spotting trends, the next you’ll be out visiting growers, retail customers or working with commercial and NPD teams on new projects.What you’ll be getting stuck into:Managing technical relationships with key retail customersAnalysing KPIs, trends & performance dataDriving improvements through QMS systemsHandling complaints reporting and identifying solutions that actually stickSupporting artwork and label approvalsVisiting growers and suppliers on-siteKeeping specifications accurate, compliant & customer-readyWorking closely with Technical, Commercial, NPD & Supply Chain teamsSupporting customer projects and business improvement plansWhat we’re looking for:Experience within fresh produce, food manufacturing, or horticultureSomeone organised, analytical, and naturally detail-focusedA confident communicator who can build relationships at all levelsA proactive mindset — someone who spots problems before they become problemsThe ability to stay calm, logical, and solutions-focused under pressureA team player who’s happy to roll sleeves up and support where neededThe package:Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm33 days annual leaveCompetitive salaryGenuine opportunity to develop and grow within the businessWhy this role?Because this isn’t a “sit behind a desk and tick boxes” technical role.You’ll have the chance to influence quality from field to shelf, work directly with customers, and become part of a business that genuinely values collaboration, standards, and doing things properly.Interested?Apply via the link or contact Luan on 01780 480530 for a confidential chat.
