As the Talent Development Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale by ensuring every Snyker has the skills and confidence to leverage AI. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team to design and scale the frameworks that build AI fluency across the organization, embedding innovation into our very DNA. This isn’t a traditional learning role; you are building the enterprise-wide strategy for AI upskilling to drive systemic capability in the AI era.
