Our client is seeking a versatile, proactive Office Administrator for 20-25 hours per week (flexible hours to suit you). You’ll be the friendly heartbeat of their office, handling a dynamic mix of tasks that keep everything running smoothly:
- Welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact
- Managing calls, queries, and messages with confident communication
- Preparing documents and correspondence using smart templates
- Building client relationships face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting accounts administration
- Streamlining daily admin – filing, scanning, post, and more
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive salary: £26,000-£28,000 pro rata
