What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Student Support Officer – Welfare to join On Campus London.
The Student Support Officer – Welfare is required to:
Perform a key role facilitating a highly supportive and caring environment for ONCAMPUS students to help them succeed, allowing them to reach their potential and providing opportunities for students to develop emotionally and socially. The post-holder will have a key role in ensuring an excellent student experience and will be actively involved in the student engagement agenda.
Additionally, the post will support the administration of the student journey from pre-arrival to progression. This involves pre-arrival information, enrolment, induction, visa maintenance and fee collection processes ensuring adherence to a variety of external regulations from the UKVI, QAA and partner university in respect of compliance processes and data management.
