We are currently looking for a Staff Operations Assistant to join our Visitor Experience and Ticketing team on a part time permanent contract.

This is a unique opportunity to join a Visitor Experience and Ticketing team whose focus is on providing a world class experience to all visitors to Southbank Centre. The role is responsible for assisting in the creation of the staff rota across Visitor Experience and Ticketing in accordance with a changing events programme and varying staffing requirements, availability and skills.

The annual salary stated is based on the Full-Time Equivalent (40 hours per week). If the job is part-time, the weekly hours will be stated within the advert.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation of the staff rota across Visitor Experience and Ticketing in accordance with a changing events programme and varying staffing requirements, availability and skills.
• Building strong caring relationships across the whole team regardless of their role or frequency of work.
• Assist with the creation of the department monthly payroll report ensuring staff are paid correctly
• Ensure accurate reporting of team absence

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working on rosters or schedules for a team using rostering software e.g. StaffSavvy, Rota Horizon
• Understanding of venue operations eg. theatre, concert hall, museum, gallery.
• Experience in an administration role.
• Experience of working with effective systems and processes Able to prioritise workload effectively and multitask.
