Join a high-impact Experimentation & Insights team where your research directly shapes the digital future of a brand used by millions.We are looking for a curious, mid-weight User Researcher to act as the primary customer advocate within an Agile digital environment. You will bridge the gap between human behavior and product development, utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to create user-friendly healthcare and beauty services.The Role Lead end-to-end user research projects, from planning and recruitment to execution and synthesis, ensuring the customer voice is central to the product lifecycle. Conduct high-impact behavioral research including usability interviews, card sorting, observational studies, and questionnaire design. Facilitate collaborative workshops, group analysis sessions, and insight demos to embed a shared understanding of user pain points across product teams. Partner closely with Product Owners and UX Designers to prioritize backlogs and drive insight-led decision-making for digital prototypes and live services. Contribute to a growing insights portal, translating complex data into compelling visual and verbal narratives for stakeholders at all levels.What You’ll Need Proven experience as a User Researcher specifically focused on behavioral insights (Usability Testing, Interviews, Ethnography). Strong ability to analyze both Qualitative and Quantitative data to identify trends and prioritize product improvements (experience with Web Analytics is a plus). Hands-on experience working within Agile product teams and collaborating daily with UX/UI designers and Product Managers. Proficiency in testing with digital prototypes and a deep understanding of how research fits into various stages of product development.
