We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SSD Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, conducting intake interviews, qualifying leads, and signing eligible clients for Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI) representation.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.Follow up on new and existing leads in a timely manner.Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather required information.Assess and qualify potential SSD/SSI cases based on firm criteria.Explain the SSD/SSI process and representation services to prospective clients.Obtain signed agreements and complete client onboarding.Accurately document call notes and client information in the CRM.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.QualificationsExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong phone presence and customer service skills.Sales, Intake, Call Center, Or Lead Qualification Experience Preferred.Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working with CRM systems and data entry.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.Preferred ExperienceSSD/SSI intake or legal intake experience.Call center, sales, or lead conversion experience.Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.CompensationCompetitive base pay plus performance-based incentives.Opportunity for growth within the organization.Send your resume and voice recording.
