We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with commitment, flexibility, and a passion for customer care. You should be able to deliver excellent service, work independently and as part of a team, and be confident supporting front of house operations including taking bookings, creating memberships and till reconciliation.

You will also have access to leisure and childcare facilities across our campuses, as well as a contributory pension scheme.
This post is offered on a permanent (all year round) contract, with the following 2-week rolling shift pattern.
Week 1
Tues 1430-2245, Weds 1430-2245 and Fri 1430-2245.
Week 2
Tues 0630-1445, Weds 0630-1445, Sat 1445-2215 and Sun 1445-2215.
All staff at employed at Levels 1-3 will be eligible to claim unsocial hours (hours worked between 10pm and 6am) and weekend working enhancements. This payment will take the form of a 15% uplift for any time worked between 10pm and 6am and any hour(s) worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
