💷 £13.80 – £15.00 per hour | Full-Time

We’re excited to be launching a brand-new Wellness & Skincare unit in partnership with Healthxchange, and we’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.

This is a retail-based role where you’ll combine your interest in skincare, supplements, vitamins, and wellness with a strong focus on customer experience, relationship building, and sales performance.

This is not just about selling products — it’s about educating clients, understanding their goals, and delivering a luxury customer experience within a premium wellness environment.

What we’re looking for:

✨ Previous experience within luxury retail, premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or sales environments is highly desirable

✨ Individuals who thrive in high-end customer-facing environments and understand premium service standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all Healthxchange skincare, supplement, and vitamin brands

• Understand key ingredients within products and confidently explain their benefits, usage instructions, and expected results

• Stay up to date with new product launches and wellness trends

• Identify customer goals and provide tailored product recommendations based on their needs

• Refer customers appropriately where required while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build long-term client relationships

• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns

• Manage stock inventory and maintain high retail presentation standards

• Follow all local guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures

Additional Information:

• Full-time role

• Rota-based shifts across 7 days per week

• Work location: Battersea Power Station
