This dual role balances high-touch customer service with precise inventory management. Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Greet boutique visitors and deliver VIP service.
• Sales Support: Manage online inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
• Administrative Tasks: Process orders, generate shipping labels, and track inventory.
• Product Ingestion: Photograph new arrivals and draft detailed item descriptions.
• Consignment Admin: Coordinate intake schedules and update consignor accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• Luxury Knowledge: Deep familiarity with brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Hermès.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Shopify, Instagram, and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication Skills: Flawless written and spoken English for premium client interactions.
• Organization: Sharp attention to detail regarding product condition and serial numbers.
• Adaptability: Ability to shift quickly between administrative duties and active sales.
