Service Administrator – VW Commercials Cleckheaton Salary: Competitive
Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
Ready to bring your organisational talent to a team. We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator who thrives in a people-first environment. you’ll play a key part in keeping our services running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by clear Brand and JCT600 quality measures.
- Take ownership of daily service booking approvals, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the Parts Departmentto confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
- Help keep customers movingbymaintainingaccurateupdates of the C2/loan vehicle fleet.
- Take pride in precision, achieving 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
- Communicate professionally and confidentlyvia phone and email,representingJCT600 with clarity and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Previousexperience inanautomotive customer support role. (preferable)
- Strong communicationand organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment
