About the Role
Sabina Bilenko is seeking a confident and highly organised Showroom Intern to support the daily operations of our Knightsbridge showroom. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, client experience and sales, who is looking to gain hands on experience within a fast paced high fashion environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales or client facing experience and a strong understanding of luxury customer service standards. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams, assisting with appointments, showroom presentation and sample management.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist during couture and RTW client appointments
• Support the team with showroom preparation and daily presentation standards
• Maintain and organise sample rails, accessories and showroom stock
• Support with packing, shipping and tracking client orders and samples
• Help manage CRM updates and client information
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
• Ensure all garments are handled with care and presented to luxury standards
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, luxury retail or client facing roles preferred
• Strong interest in couture, luxury fashion and client relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
