Purpose of the role
Reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing, as the GEO Manager you will be joining Zego’s Marketing team at an incredibly exciting time.
We are looking for a GEO Manager who is a builder at heart and a specialist in organic growth. This is a high-autonomy role designed for someone who doesn’t just “manage” SEO, but owns it as a primary traffic and revenue driver.
You will be the architect of our organic presence, moving between the high-stakes world of commercial insurance keywords and the creative landscape of informational content and video.
You are a self-starter who can navigate the “search everywhere” era from traditional Google SERPs to the rising influence of GEO and Social Search. You’ll be comfortable working with our Brand, Performance and Design teams to ensure our organic growth feels like Zego, while relentlessly scaling our visibility.

Our hybrid way of working is unique. We foster a flexible approach that empowers every Zegon to perform at their best. We ask you to spend at least one day a week in our central London office. Every team has the flexibility to choose the day that works best for them. We cover the costs for all company-wide events (3 per year), and also provide a separate hybrid contribution to help pay towards other travel costs. We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working, setting us up to achieve the right balance between work and life.
