Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
A typical day in the life of a Senior Trainer and Coach is dynamic, challenging, and deeply impactful. You might begin your morning by leading a workshop on advanced sales strategies for a group of our senior sellers. Following this, you could spend time analyzing the latest industry trends and AWS service updates to provide talking points for your upcoming training programs.
In the afternoon, you might collaborate with your team to design a new immersive learning experience that leverages AI to simulate complex customer scenarios. Later, you could have a one-on-one coaching session with a high-potential seller, helping them refine their approach to enterprise-level digital transformation conversations.
Your day might conclude with a strategic planning meeting with other senior trainers and WWFE leadership, where you contribute to shaping the future direction of AWS’s global enablement efforts. Throughout the day, you could be mentoring junior trainers, providing expert guidance on complex customer engagements, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in adult learning and professional development.
