In this role you will drive a customer-first approach to improving access to finance for UK small businesses, building brand awareness, trust, and impact across the Bank’s audiences.You will bring outstanding B2B marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, product and partner marketing, digital strategy and customer experience that achieve measurable commercial outcomes. Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee everything from brand positioning and marketing strategy to paid media, website and digital innovation, including AI-driven marketing and search.Working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Board and Executive Committee, you will act as a trusted adviser on brand reputation and risk, while partnering across Banking and Investment to deliver high-impact programmes.This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who thrives in complex environments, brings deep expertise across the marketing mix, and is passionate about supporting the growth and success of UK small businesses.
