Job OverviewThis is an exciting leadership opportunity with responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and coordination of DSU 1 theatres and Ophthalmic theatres. The post holder will work collaboratively with senior colleagues to lead the theatre complex, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. You will also play a key role within the theatre coordination team, undertaking coordinator duties on a rotational basis across weekdays and weekends.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care throughout the peri‑operative journey.
