This consists of 11 people, 2 of which are Team Leaders who will report directly into you.Responsibilities:Direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Commercial Services Team Leader, Tenders & Contracts Specialists and Contracts & Pricing AdministratorsResponsible for the management of the Tenders & Contracts Specialists to ensure the coordination and management of bid responses and submission of all Tenders and Request for Proposals (including framework offerings) for Stryker franchises are done in accordance with agreed SOPsResponsible for the management of the Contracts & Pricing Administrators to ensure the administration of all Stryker pricing and contract queries in accordance with agreed SOPs and SLAResponsible for ensuring all pricing activities are carried out in accordance with SOX regulationsOversee Contract Monitoring program and oversee consistency in pricing policies across all routes to marketReport monthly on Commercial Services team metrics and other outputs as requiredProvide management oversight from a Commercial Services perspective in any Integration activitiesSupport in the development of bid text and content for submissions; driving maintenance of the Tender Library and standard collateralSupport with the implementation and development of tender and contract tools and templatesDeliver continuous improvement of all tools and processes relating to tender management and processesSupport the Commercial Services Manager in strategic projects and deputise for them when requiredSupport with ad hoc projects as requiredMaintain highest levels of engagement across the team and support with their developmentWhat you need?Strong commercial contracting experiencePricing experienceExperience working with NHS frameworks and NHS Supply ChainPeople management experienceExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, PPT & Excel)The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat do we offer in return?Our benefits include bonuses, healthcare, family and parenting leaves, wellness programs, onsite gyms and restaurants, discount purchase programs, and service and performance awards – not to mention various social and recreational activities.Who Is StrykerStryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.
