Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Covent Garden for a Senior Barber. As a Senior Barber, you will perform high-quality grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, and traditional shaves, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. You will also help mentor graduate barbers, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to the successful operation of the barbershop. Additionally, you will have opportunities to promote Murdock London products and deliver personalized grooming advice.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in barbering, including haircuts, beards and traditional shaving techniques
• Strong customer-service and client-relations skills with a focus on creating a premium experience
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and professionalism
• Knowledge of grooming products, with the ability to recommend products to clients
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and professional standards in a barbershop environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Formal barbering qualifications and certifications
• Previous experience in a senior barbering role is an advantage
