The school provides personalised and inclusive education for children and young people aged 11 – 16 who experience a range of learning difficulties.
The school cater for students with ASD, Global Delay, Neurodiversity, moderate learning difficulties, Dyspraxia, Processing difficulties, Speech, language and communication needs.
There is a well-planned curriculum that is essential for not only achieving successful academic outcomes, but also in effectively meeting the social, emotional and mental health needs of the pupils. A broad range of the National Curriculum will be followed alongside therapeutic interventions to support the wellbeing of the student and enhance their development.
The school are looking for a full-time SEND Teacher to start in September 2026, they are happy to consider experienced and ECTs. What is important to the school is your understanding of special needs and your ability to empathise and help the pupils thrive.
