Job DescriptionWorking Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. There is potential for some flex on office days at the discretion of your manager.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to drive product page optimisation across key brands and product areas. This role involves managing the Brand requests for co-ordinating items and colourways together to ensure consistency and best-in-class presentation. You will self generate and implement new grouping opportunities, focusing on the product categories that will have the biggest impact on sales.What You’ll Take OnAs a Product Optimisation Lead, you will play a key role in driving product optimisation online for brands. You will work closely with internal cross functional teams including eCommerce, Product and Operations where strong communication skills are essential. You will be brand-facing and the role requires you to train and support brands with optimisation best practices to maximise their online sales and drive commercial success.Key Accountabilities Include:Website Optimisation: Ensure products are fully optimised by improving Copy headers, Colour Way Grouping, Tabbing, Fit Grouping. Ensure size guides are correct Work with Assistant Product Manager to manage Onsite campaigns and line lists. Work with ecommerce to review impact of any changes made Conversion Add to Bag Funnel Analysis What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving optimisation processes by developing and updating request templates , providing training on optimisation best practices, and ensuring the Brands are equipped to submit accurate and effective requests. Collaboration is central to this position, so you’ll work closely with brand partners to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement, while also supporting the eCommerce team in actioning new product opportunities to enhance performance and customer experience. Experience within a commercial environment is essential for this role, along with the ability to identify and review commercial opportunities to drive sales.You should be confident in prioritising optimisations and brands based on key commercial objectives and significant sales potential. Organised, thorough, and motivated by new challenges, you’ll thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment where attention to detail and strong time management are key. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing workloads to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with both immediate colleagues and wider teams at various levels.
